Welcome to my Practice! I look forward to working with you! My name is Catherine Ould. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 11 years. I specialize in Swedish, Deep Tissue and Pregnancy Massage. I am also a Certified Reiki Master (since 2003). Reiki is a Japanese Healing Art that uses a "hands-on" approach to release blocks in the 7 energy systems (Chakras) of the body. I am also trained in Aromatherapy (the use of Essential Oils), Reflexology and Craniosacral Therapy. I am happy to share stress-reduction techniques and wellness tips with my cluents. I am also pleased to refer my clients to other Practitioners for Chiropractic, Acupuncture and other services, if needed.
